The clinic is inviting and inspiring. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The injectors are the best of the best; kind, take time with you and I trust them explicitly. Right upon arrival, the staff was incredibly welcoming & kind, and what a beautiful space the clinic is! I love the skincare lines they have at the clinic, and how well they take care of clients. As a busy working momma of 4 in my early 40s, I started looking a little tired and my lines were more pronounced. I'm in love with my results after just 2 (Botox) treatments.

PHI provides an extremely welcoming and fresh environment. From the elevator ride up from the parkade to checking out at the end of the visit. The clinic is clean, and bright. It feels like a medical office without the stuffy medical feel. - I can’t say enough about this incredible team. Highly recommend!! You would be crazy to see anyone else in the city for injectables.

The injectors are so knowledgeable and amazing communicators. Their work is amazing and always natural. Everyone is so kind and always takes the time to listen, which I appreciate so much! The clinic itself has great vibes and everyone is so friendly :) 10/10 would recommend!

Every time I have gone to PHI I have been blown away with the staff’s knowledge and expertise in regards to cosmetic injections and skin care. I have nothing but incredible things to say about the entire team, beginning with the front-end staff, extending to the entire medical team I have worked with. I could not be more pleased with my Botox and filler that I have received. The team provided comprehensive follow-up appointments and addressed all my questions in-depth. Their location is absolutely stunning, and overall a wonderful place!
