Cancellation, Shipping & Returns

ALL Late Cancellations & No Shows will be subject to a $150 +GST fee. We require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment date or time as well as any cancellations. ​​​​​​​​

The 24 notice allows us to try and fill your appointment time with another patient's appointment. ​​​​​​​

We love to see you and want you to know that this policy is not intended to penalize you, but it is more of a restoration policy for our Nurse Injectors, who we value so very much. We appreciate your understanding & look forward to seeing you in the future!​​​​​​​​

We practice a strict no refund policy on in-store services and treatment packages.

Returns

PHI accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging purchased at any PHI clinic or our online store for a full refund within 30 days with an original receipt.

Please note that PHI gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

Online purchases: 

By mail: Please email us at info@beautyphi.com and we will help you start the returns process. You will be required to ship a form and item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. PHI is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please send your returns to:

Returns sent to us by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part. 

In-person returns: Bring your return to any PHI clinic along with a receipt showing the price paid for the product (e.g., a print-out of the email order confirmation). A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment. Alternatively, you may exchange the product for another product of the same value or request a credit memo.

In-store purchases: Items may be returned to any PHI location. Bring your return along with the receipt and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., on the same card used to pay for the item(s). Alternatively, you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of PHI credit memo.
