Who is a good candidate?

Generally, patients should be 22+ years old and in good overall health.

This treatment may not be suitable for individuals who:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Are undergoing immunosuppressive therapy.
• Have an active infection or skin condition in the treatment area.
• Have blood disorders, anemia, or are undergoing anticoagulation therapy.
• Have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to any ingredients used during the treatment.
• Have taken medication with the ingredient isotretinoin in the past 6 months (such as Accutane).

Is there downtime?

Following a VAMP with Microneedling treatment, you may experience dryness, redness, tenderness, and/or itchiness similar to a mild sunburn, for 24 to 72 hours. Some patients may experience discomfort and peeling or flaking for 1 to 7 days.

How many treatments are needed?
