We keep our process straightforward, supportive, and judgment-free from your very first visit.
Your First Consultation
We sit down for an open, private chat to discuss your health history, your daily routine, and what you want to achieve. We'll walk you through how the program works so you can decide what feels right for you.
Reviewing Your Health
Safety is always our priority. We review a full metabolic bloodwork panel so our Medical Director can confirm that you are medically eligible and build a custom plan that fits your body.
Starting Out Strong
During your first month, our program nurse works closely with you to help you adjust to your new routine comfortably and build realistic habits.
Monthly Progress Check-Ins
We meet monthly to track your progress, adjust the plan when needed, and make sure you are losing fat while keeping your muscle mass strong. We'll also give you real guidance on protein, hydration, and strength training.
Skin Care & Maintenance
As you lose weight, skin elasticity can change. Because we're an aesthetics clinic, we support your skin quality throughout your weight loss journey. Depending on your chosen program package, we incorporate aesthetic gift certificates toward treatments like Sofwave skin tightening or medical-grade skincare products. Once you hit your goal, our focus shifts to helping you maintain your results for the long run.
