Lisa is an advanced and experienced injector with an excellent reputation for achieving flawless natural results with her patients.

After graduating from Mount Royal University with her Nursing degree in 2007, Lisa spent the next decade working with some of Alberta’s top plastic surgeons. Lisa takes the time to understand each patient’s unique facial structure and tailors treatments to the individual’s wants and needs. Her signature is making subtle changes with big impacts, making her patients look and feel their best.

Lisa’s passion for aesthetic medicine, and finding the balance between art and science, is what makes her masterful in her practice.

Jodie was born and raised in Australia. Like many Aussies, upon graduating from university, she packed her backpack and headed north for a year of travel. She started out working in the Canadian Rockies and fell head over heels in love with Canadian culture, lifestyle and breathtaking scenery. Twenty-three years later, she found her sweet spot in Calgary with her husband and twin sons.

Jodie spent fifteen years working in the medical field and knows the plastic surgery and aesthetics world intimately. She has a keen, educated eye when it comes to beauty, anti-aging treatments and products. Jodie is beyond proud to be a part of Calgary’s first specialized injectables clinic, focusing on making women and men look and feel their absolute best.

Carly’s joy as an NP Medical Director comes from being part of an incredible community of professionals who are passionate about their clients and each other. She loves to support injectors through mentorship, best-practice policy development, and collaborative client care. Her PHI’losphy is that people and relationships are the secrets to true health, wealth, and happiness.

Her diverse practice as an RN in Mental Health and the NICU evolved into her role as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Acute Psychiatry, and of course, Medical Aesthetics! She recently celebrated 15 years with Alberta Health Services and joined the Class of 2027 in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta, spending her weekdays learning “all the things” to become a Doctor!

We’d like you to meet Jarret, our clinic manager and skin care expert. Jarret started out in the medical aesthetics field back in 2007 and was trained by Dr. David Will, a pioneer of the industry. Jarret has mastered various laser treatments and has advanced skin care product knowledge. Adding to her expertise, Jarret is also a certified makeup artist and is passionate about making people look and feel their best. Jarret is a huge asset to our team with her many years of experience as an office manager in aesthetics, coupled with her skincare knowledge and makeup artistry skills. Jarret knows every beauty hack, and every skincare product, and will always remember your name.

Marnie graduated from the University of Alberta, Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the Honours Program in 2017. Beyond aesthetics nursing, Marnie's experiences include ICU, Acute and Community Nursing, and even teaching nursing at the University of Alberta.

Shortly after graduating, Marnie started her Aesthetic Nursing journey at a top Medical Spa in Edmonton, and has since completed over 30 separate injectable training programs, including international training experiences with industry leaders such as Dr. Arthur Swift and Julie Horne, as well as training programs in New York and Monaco. Marnie has treated thousands of individuals across all demographics and gender types and continues to stay on top of aesthetic technologies and trends.

Marnie’s love and passion for aesthetics shine bright. She values listening to your aesthetic wishes, whether it's natural, refreshed, or glam, and will develop a personalized plan to help you achieve your needs.

Shu is no stranger to the Calgary Medical Aesthetics industry, as she has worked as a Nurse Injector for 12 years, (even before MD Codes existed!). After seeing the life-changing & positive impact that an aesthetic procedure can have on a patient, Shu knew she wanted to dedicate her career to becoming an expert in the field.

She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Toronto in 2010 and she also has a degree in Kinesiology. Shu has been injecting since 2010 and has trained with different dermatologists in the medical and aesthetic field. She has also worked in the operating room during numerous hair transplant surgeries. Education and an aesthetic eye = the perfect injector skill set.

She believes in everything PHI represents: beauty, science, and long-lasting, trusting relationships with all of her patients. Shu prides herself on her attention to detail and a keen eye for natural results, all while celebrating each patient’s unique features.

Sarah is passionate about the evolving field of medical aesthetics and believes in educating and individualizing care to help each patient feel like the best version of themselves. Her artistic eye and attention to detail make her well-suited for PHI, and her minimalistic approach allows her to create natural and effective results that inspire confidence.

Sarah graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2009 from Mount Royal University and has worked primarily in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Alberta Children’s Hospital. Her passion for science and beauty led her to a career in aesthetics injectables in 2021. She has received intensive medical aesthetic training in Calgary and continues to advance her knowledge through continuing education courses and medical conferences, notably MD codes in Toronto with Dr. Mauricio de Maio.

We are so excited to welcome Naz to the PHI team. She has been working as a Registered Nurse since 2013, in women’s health, maternity and newborn care, all of which require extensive knowledge of human physiology and anatomy, a gentle touch, and compassion for different backgrounds and beliefs. In 2020, she completed her injectable training and has been focusing mainly on neuromodulators , dermal fillers and PRP skin & hair treatments. Naz prioritizes prevention, proper maintenance and a whole lot of self love and she loves seeing how a subtle change or enhancement can revitalize a person's self-esteem.

VERBEEK

Brittney completed her nursing degree at UofA and has been working in Women’s Health, specializing in labour and postpartum care for the past 9 years. Her ability to connect, support, comfort and provide safe, personalized care comes naturally to her.

She now has the pleasure of extending her skills further into the aesthetic industry to help individuals feel more confident and create more self-love. Her goal is to keep clients looking natural and to help them feel empowered throughout their aging journey.

Britt is passionate about the aesthetic industry and loves all things beauty-related. She already has a keen eye for detail and is a natural artist. When she isn’t working, she is probably with her 3 dogs, hanging out with family, or in the gym challenging herself to new fitness goals.

We love Justice’s calming demeanor and ability to always keep us on schedule. She is currently enrolled at Mount Royal University in the Bachelor of Nursing program working towards her dream of being an RN nurse injector. She has had one year of clinical experience at South Health hospital in the Orthopedic surgery unit and completed her first year of university on the dean's list. Justice is passionate about empowering women and can’t wait to learn everything there is to know about the medical aesthetics industry. 

By day Justice is a medical assistant to the beautiful Lisa we all love, by night, she is a server at a local neighborhood pub. She enjoys going to the gym, fashion, and like most of our team…shopping a little too much.

Meet Sarah, our creative storyteller and all-around best friend to everyone. She will always greet you with a big smile and is known for her people-centric approach to marketing. Like our nurse injectors, Sarah has an aesthetic eye and seeks out beauty in art, nature, movement, sound, and in everyone she meets. As a natural storyteller, connector & friend, she listens with intention and has an innate ability to communicate a brand’s voice.

A born and raised Calgarian, Sarah graduated from the MRU marketing program, has a diploma in fashion business from Parsons NYC, and has taught yoga/barre in Calgary, Austria & England. There is a good chance you have already seen her work online, as she has had the privilege of working with so many inspirational members of the YYC community.

Jen is our team mama bear and is known for always making patients feel welcomed and comfortable with her calm and genuine demeanor.

She was born in Texas but graduated from U of C with a degree in Communications. Shortly after, she had the opportunity to live/travel all over the US and Europe with her hockey-playing family. As a natural communicator, Jen is fluent in French and can speak a bit German too. She is passionate about philanthropy and has been involved in the Tiny Footprints Pregnancy and Infant Loss organization for many years. On her off time, you'll find Jen watching her daughters dance, drinking coffee/wine with friends, and walking her dog with her husband.

Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Jenny followed her heart and traveled West to complete her Bachelor of Science degree at Burman University in Lacombe, Alberta. In 2015, she entered the medical field as a Pharmacy Assistant, while also starting her own small business, Luv Lashes. It was then that she knew she wanted to boost others' self-love. After she fell in love with entrepreneurship in the beauty industry, she found herself moving into Medical Aesthetics in 2022 and Calgary Real Estate in 2023. It's the best of both worlds!

Whether it's through skincare or with the biggest investment purchase of their life, she loves seeing people transform into the best version of themselves!

Carolyn was a patient before working at PHI and is very passionate about injectables and skin care. Carolyn was also a Geological Consultant in the Oil & Gas industry for 10 years and recently made a career shift to become a Psychotherapist. She is kind, and compassionate and gives each patient who walks through PHI’s front door unconditional positive regard.

She is also our listening ear and support system for the PHI team. When she is not in school finishing her Master’s degree, or in the treatment chair, you can find her riding her horses. Carolyn is PHI’s country gal and breaks the stigma that injectables can be for everyone.

Kath is the most recent addition to PHI and you can catch her working the front desk at our new location in Mahogany. She recently graduated with her BA in Psychology and hopes to one day become a Psychologist. She is passionate about medical aesthetics and skincare, so she believes that looking good means feeling good.

Known for her welcoming smile and caring curiosity, Gabrielle is one of our front team concierge beauties. When she’s not welcoming you at our clinic, she’s settled in at a local cafe, sipping on a dirty chai and designing for a university project. Aside from work and school, you can find her training handstands and deadlifts, skiing down snowy slopes, or listening to the latest episode of her fave podcast. With a love for good conversation and good company, you’re likely to get a fun question and a warm smile from this one while scheduling your next visit!
